POLICY STATEMENTS Price:Prices listed are those in effect at that time. Prices, terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. Minimum order is $25.00 - before freight charges. Warranty: Parts are guaranteed for one year (except rebuilt parts). We will not be liable for any cost of any service calls, installation, alleged harm both personal and materially, and any other damages resulting from the installation of our parts. Products that sustain damage while mounted to a golf car will not be considered for warranty replacement (exceptions may be made in cases of defective materials/manufacturing). Claims: Shortages and damaged merchandise must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt. Purchaser must claim for all in-transit damaged merchandise directly with the freight company at the time of receipt of goods. If there is any visible damage to boxes or packaging, or if a shortage is evident, mark shipment as "possible damage/shortage'. Do this while the freight driver is still present. Any product damage/shortage noticed thereafter and not reported at time of delivery will not be our responsibility and will not be replaced/covered under warranty. Returns: Purchaser must request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number before an item can be sent back - for any reason. Freight collect C.O.D. returns will be refused. Items returned in saleable condition are subject to a 10% restocking charge; any refund is exclusive of freight charges. Refunds are not available on electrical items that have been opened and/or installed.
